FOR
PUBLIC WORKS SERVICE CENTER AND HISTORY MUSEUM ROOF REPAIRS Exhibit A of the Agreement entitled “Scope of Services” is hereby amended to include Replacement of rusted metal panels on the roof of the Public Works Service Center Shop 6.
Exhibit B of the Agreement entitled “Compensation Schedule & Reimbursable Expenses” is hereby amended to include the following:
The City shall compensate the Contractor an amount not to exceed $3,740 to replace rusted metal panels on the roof of the Public Works Service Center Shop 6.
