IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PURCHASE ORDERS WITH ACCELA INC. IN FISCAL YEARS 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027 IN THE AMOUNT OF $286,008 FOR THE CITY’S PERMITTING AND CITIZEN ACCESS SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the City identified Accela Inc. as the preferred vendor for permitting and citizen access software; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the FYs 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Information Technology budget to cover the software maintenance renewal costs. The total cost in FYs 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 will not exceed $286,008; and
WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
