RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO. 2
TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HF&H CONSULTANTS FOR RECYCLING PROGRAM SUPPORT SERVICES FOR A NEW TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $201,980
WHEREAS, On September 5, 2023, the City entered into an agreement with HF&H Consultants, LLC for recycling program support services, and as of the end of last fiscal year (year ending June 30, 2025), the City has utilized the existing contract’s not-to-exceed amount of $80,000; and WHEREAS, Additional work is required to complete additional SB 1383 compliance activities, franchise tracking, recycling program development and reporting, which will cost an additional $121,980; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That Amendment No. 2 to the Consulting Services Agreement is approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the amendment with HF&H Consultants, LLC for Recycling Program Support Services in an amount not to exceed $201,980.
