IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES IN FISCAL YEARS 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027 IN THE AMOUNT OF $500,000 FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S NEW WORLD COMPUTER-AIDED DISPATCH
AND RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City has identified Tyler Technologies as the preferred vendor for Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management Software; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the adopted FYs 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Information Technology budget to cover software maintenance renewal costs. The Fiscal Year 2025-2026 cost will be $239,518, for a not to exceed amount of $500,000 for two fiscal years; and WHEREAS the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreements are hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
