Amendment Request for additional budget for additional Design Services for PS&E for Fairway Drive Traffic Calming Project Dear Mr. Chee;
This amendment request letter is in regards to providing additional design services for the Fairway Drive Traffic Calming Project. The City requested W-Trans to provide Autoturn templates for three different design vehicles for all the driveways, which was not anticipated in our original contract. The Autoturn exhibits went through multiple rounds of review prior to beginning the 35% design and W-Trans spent a considerable amount of effort addressing the comments. Furthermore, W-Trans attended outreach stakeholder meetings with the Transit agency and the waste management company, which were not part of the original contract.
As a result, W-Trans is requesting an additional budget of $10,000 for this effort. The budget amounts are as follows:
Original contract: $59,994
Amendment 1 request: $10,000
TOTAL BUDGET $69,994
