IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE MASTER SALARY SCHEDULE TO CORRECT AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR ON THE CITY MANAGER’S SALARY
WHEREAS, the City-wide Master Salary Schedule has been amended to administratively correct the City Manager’s listed salary effective July 1, 2025; and WHEREAS, on June 16, 2025, the City Council approved the Master Salary Schedule to reflect salary adjustments effective July 1, 2025, but due to an administrative error made by the Human Resources Department, the City Manager’s monthly salary was incorrectly listed on said Master Salary Schedule; and
WHEREAS, City Manager Janelle Cameron was to receive a 3.5% salary increase to her annual base salary pursuant to her employment agreement; and
WHEREAS, the amended Master Salary Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, accurately reflects the salary the City Manager was to receive effective July 1, 2025, which is $30,187.50 monthly ($362,250/annual).
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City of San Leandro hereby approves the Master Salary Schedule as described above, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
