CALL TO ORDER
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
1. Mayor González called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

2. ANNOUNCEMENTS
With the consensus of Council, Mayor González announced that the agenda would be reordered to hear Item 9b as the first presentation.
3. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS TAKEN
City Attorney Richard Pio Roda reported that it was moved by Vice Mayor Bowen, seconded by Councilmember Viveros-Walton, to enter into the multi-district litigation settlement agreements on all the secondary manufacturer national opioid settlement litigation. Once signed, the settlement agreements will be available upon request from the City Clerk. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
