SPECIAL MEETING

Director Boldt may participate via teleconference from the Bellagio Resort and Casino, 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chair González called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm.
All members were present: Directors Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, and Chair González.
2. ACTION ITEM
2a. 25-398 Initiation of Proceedings for the Dissolution of the San Leandro Hillside Geologic Hazard Abatement District and Setting a November 17, 2025 Public Hearing Date
There were no public comments.
A motion was made by Director Aguilar, seconded by Director Bowen, that this Resolution be adopted. The motion CARRIED by the following vote:
Aye: 7 - Aguilar, Azevedo, Boldt, Bowen, Simon, Viveros-Walton, González
Enactment No: Reso 2025-001 GHAD
3. ADJOURN
