IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. F031 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE BANCROFT AVENUE
AND WILLIAMS STREET CROSSTOWN CORRIDOR PROJECT, AND ACCEPT AND APPROPRIATE $4,000,000 IN FEDERAL HIGHWAY INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS WHEREAS, an Administering Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5041F15 was entered into between the City of San Leandro and the State of California on June 29, 2017; and WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a $4,000,000 Highway Infrastructure Programs grant but must first execute Program Supplement Agreement No. F031 to receive the funds; and WHEREAS, Program Supplement Agreement No. F031, which amends the Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid Project No. 04-5041F15, has been presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That said Program Supplement Agreement No. F031, which amends Administering AgencyState Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects No. 04-5041F15 substantially in the form presented, is approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized; and
2. That an appropriation of $4,000,000 in Special Grant Funds to account #150-38-550 is hereby authorized; and
3. That the City Manager is authorized to make non-substantial revisions to said agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
