IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DILLARD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR DEBRIS CLEAN UP FOR A TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT OF $280,000
WHEREAS, the compensation schedule for debris removal, hauling and disposal services for public-right-of-way clearing has been presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into an agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for debris removal, hauling and disposal services; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the approval of said non-professional service agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the non-professional service agreement with Dillard Environmental Services for the debris removal, hauling and disposal services within the City right-of-way at the price listed in the staff report is approved; and
That the City Manager or her designee are authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
