IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE A
CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH VISIONARY INTEGRATION PROFESSIONALS, LLC IN FY 2026 IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,400 FOR ENHANCEMENT SERVICES AND ONGOING MAINTENANCE SUPPORT FOR THE CITY’S ONLINE PERMITTING SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City has identified Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC as the preferred vendor for enhancement services and ongoing maintenance support for the City’s online permitting system; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Information Technology Fund to cover services costs of $83,400 for FY 2026; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE that said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
