implementation of any action taken by the Council by filing with the City Clerk, within three days after such Council action, a notice of suspension thereof. Such suspension shall constitute a motion for reconsideration of the action taken, to be voted upon by the Council at its next regular meeting.”

1.Vote on the Mayor’s Motion to reconsider; and
2.If the Motion to Reconsider passes, reconsider a motion directing staff to either A) continue to explore potential revenue measures that could appear on the November 2026 ballot
including a consulting services agreement with Clifford Moss for outreach and survey work to consider feasibility; or B) to cease all efforts associated with placing a revenue measure on the November 2026 Ballot
