Good afternoon City Manager,
As discussed, I seek to establish two ad hoc committees:
1. Robustelli Litigation – purpose to engage in more frequent and detailed discussions with legal counsel. The committee will consist of no more than three members. The committee will last the duration of the litigation.
2. Shoreline Bankruptcy -- purpose to engage in more frequent and detailed discussions with legal counsel. The committee will consist of no more than three members. The committee will last the duration of the bankruptcy.
