EXHIBIT B
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE & REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
The services are provided on a time and material basis, with a not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 per year for three years for a total not-to-exceed of $600,000. Additional years may be added upon a mutual agreement by both parties.
During the first year, the rate schedule below applies. Subsequent years will allow an increase according to the following schedule:
• Labor rates will increase 7%
• Equipment rates will increase 5%
Materials will be billed at cost + 10%
Subcontractors will be billed at cost + 5%
