IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR $101,000 TO THE CONSULTING SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH ACTIVEWAYZ ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR VARIOUS ENGINEERING ASSIGNMENTS RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CITY’S CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, an agreement dated April 19, 2024 exists between the City of San Leandro and Activewayz Engineering; and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 1 to the agreement between the City of San Leandro and Activewayz has been executed; and
WHEREAS, a contract amendment is required to compensate for an increase in the scope of work for the various civil engineering support services necessary to meet various project needs in the amount of $101,500 for a total contract amount of $200,000; and WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to the agreement was presented to this City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said amendment to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Amendment No. 2 substantially in the form presented is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
