1. Mayor González called the meeting to order at 7:01 pm and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Mayor González announced the appointment and swearing-in of a new commissioner under Item 10a. With the consensus of Council the item was moved to Section 4 (Recognitions) in the interest of time.
