IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BERRY, DUNN, MCNEIL & PARKER, LLC (BERRYDUNN) IN FY 2026 IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,500 FOR BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYSIS, MAPPING AND GAP
SOLUTION CONSULTING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City has identified Berry, Dunn, Mcneil & Parker, LLC as the Preferred Vendor for Business Process Analysis, Mapping and Gap Solution consulting services; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the FY 2026 Police Department budget to cover the costs, with the total cost in FY 2026 not to exceed $27,500; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreement; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
That said Consulting Services Agreement with BerryDunn for business process analysis, mapping and gap solution consulting services in the amount of $27,500 in Fiscal Year 2026 is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
