IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THREE
CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING SERVICES WITH RINCON CONSULTANTS, INC., LSA ASSOCIATES, INC., AND LAMPHIER-GREGORY, INC., EACH FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM WITH A NOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT OF $500,000 PER FIRM
PER FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on August 26, 2025 for On-Call Environmental Planning Services; and
WHEREAS, the City received responsive Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from seventeen environmental planning firms; and
WHEREAS, the SOQs of environmental planning firms Rincon Consultants, Inc., LSA Associates, Inc., and Lamphier-Gregory, Inc. were determined to successfully meet the City’s evaluation criteria; and WHEREAS, Rincon Consultants, Inc., LSA Associates, Inc., and Lamphier-Gregory, Inc. have agreed to the terms of the contracts pending City Council approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents of the agreements; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved and execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized.
