CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT

FINDINGS:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have examined Parcel Map 11619 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. There are no special conditions for the parcel map.
Development shall meet all of the requirements in the agreed upon Conditions of Approval for Planning Permit PLN16-0067, approved by the City Council on July 17, 2017; or alternatively, The parcel owner shall submit a revised Planning Application for review and approval.
