IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENTS TO THE FY 2027 BUDGET
WHEREAS, the City Council approves biennial budgets based on best revenue and expenditure information available at the time the budgets are prepared, and WHEREAS, budget adjustments are required at mid-cycle of the budget to incorporate necessary changes in budget appropriations or re-appropriations between budget line-items, and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2026 and FY 2027 Biennial Budget on June 16, 2025, and
WHEREAS, the City Council Finance Committee reviewed the proposed FY 2027 budget amendment on March 25, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the FY 2027 Adjusted revenue and expenditure appropriations are presented to the City Council, and the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof:
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said FY 2027 Budget Amendments and the updated budget are hereby approved and the City Manager is directed to take all actions necessary to execute the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
