• AMS.net will install and configure security appliances at locations for improved connectivity and throughput.
• Installation and configuration of new call management (telephony) hardware and assistance in transitioning from aging services.
• Telephony improvements which will allow staff to send and receive calls through alternative methods
• Configuration of third-party call accounting software for improvement of call reporting
• Purchase of hardware and configuration for Mulford Library project.
Total cost, not to exceed: $145,000
