IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DKS ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $376,380 FOR THE
UNCONTROLLED CROSSWALK ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, a Request for Proposals (RFP) was issued seeking consultant firms to perform professional design services for the Uncontrolled Crosswalk Enhancements Project; and WHEREAS, after evaluation of the four proposals received, it is recommended that DKS Associates be retained to provide the design services for the Project; and WHEREAS, DKS Associates agreed to the terms of the agreement without exception; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the scope of work.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That said agreement is hereby approved, execution by the City Manager is hereby authorized, and the City Manager is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution; and
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to reject all of said proposals except that herein mentioned; and negotiate, approve, and execute the agreement for professional design services with DKS Associates for an amount not to exceed $376,380.
