IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A REPLACEMENT FORD ECONOLINE 350 WITH AN ALUMINUM LIFTGATE
FOR THE PARKS DIVISION OF THE RECREATION AND PARKS DEPARTMENT FOR A TOTAL COST OF $108,762
WHEREAS, a quote for a purchase of a Econoline 350 from The Ford Store San Leandro has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the purchase of said vehicle.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the purchase of the vehicle listed on the quote from The Ford Store San Leandro in the amount of $108,762 is approved and purchase of the equipment by the City Manager is authorized; and That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute all documents and take all actions necessary to effect the intent and purpose of this Resolution.
