CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT

PARCEL MAP 11502

FINDINGS:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section §7-1-520 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, I have examined Parcel Map 11502 and find that it will be in compliance with Title VII, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code and the State Subdivision Map Act. There are no special conditions for the parcel map.
Development shall meet all of the requirements in the Agreement to Conditions for Planning Permit PLN24-0037, approved by the Zoning Enforcement Official on May 6, 2025.
