1 FIRST AMENDMENT OF LEASE OF CITY REAL PROPERTY
AT 300 ESTUDILLO AVENUE, SAN LEANDRO BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
AND AS KNEADED BAKERY
This First Amendment of Lease (“Lease Amendment No. 1”) is by and between the City of San Leandro (“Lessor”), a municipal corporation of the State of California, and As Kneaded Bakery (“Lessee”), a California corporation. This Lease Amendment No. 1 amends the Lease of City Real Property (“Lease”) at 300 Estudillo Ave, San Leandro, CA 94577, dated October 1, 2025, by and between Lessor and Lessee. This First Amendment of Lease is effective July 7, 2026 (“Amendment No. 1 Effective Date”).
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Lease to amend the rent payable due to changes in operating hours at the San Leandro Main Library; and WHEREAS, this Amendment would be effective July 7, 2026 and would apply to the July 2026 rent due and payable. The Lessee was granted a postponement of payment for July 2026 rent to July 11, if an amount is owed and resuming in August 2026, rent would be due on the 1st of each and every month.
NOW THEREFORE for good and valuable consideration the sufficiency of which has been acknowledged and accepted, the Parties agree as follows:
1. The Recitals above are true, correct, and incorporated herein.
2. Section 4. Rent. of the Lease shall be amended to read as follows:
Rent shall be $2,550.00 $2,186.71 per month paid on or before the 1st of each and every month of the Term and any extensions herein. Lessor will invoice the Lessee monthly.
Prior to the following conditions being met, rent shall be $0 ("Abatement Period").
3. All other language in Section 4., and all other Terms and Conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
The Parties have executed this Lease Amendment No. 1 as of the date of the second signature below. The persons whose signatures appear below certify that they are authorized to sign on behalf of the respective Party.

From time to time, City of San Leandro (we, us or Company) may be required by law to provide to you certain written notices or disclosures. Described below are the terms and conditions for providing to you such notices and disclosures electronically through the DocuSign system.

Getting paper copies

Consequences of changing your mind

Further, you will no longer be able to use the DocuSign system to receive required notices and consents electronically from us or to sign electronically documents from us.
