IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FORENSIC ANALYTICAL CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. FOR SAFETY
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR A THREE-YEAR TERM IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro requires a consulting services agreement to provide safety program management administration services for its safety program; and WHEREAS, Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. was selected based on its qualifications and experience to provide the required services; and WHEREAS, the agreement is for a three-year term with an amount not to exceed $200,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the scope of services and budget for these services; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends approval of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
1. That the agreement is approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Consulting Services Agreement with Forensic Analytical Consulting Services, Inc. for safety program management administration services for a three-year term; and
2. The City Manager is further authorized to approve and execute non-substantive revisions to the agreement, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney.
