IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS TO 2026 SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES, SIDEWALK /
DRIVEWAY REPAIR, CERTIFIED UNIFIED PROGRAM AGENCY FEES, CODE COMPLIANCE AND
ENFORCEMENT, FIRE INSPECTIONS, AND WPCP USER CHARGES, ALONG WITH
ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES, FEES, AND CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro City Council conducted a public hearing on the assessments proposed to be levied for non-payment of delinquent 2026 solid waste service charges, sidewalk / driveway repair, Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) fees, code compliance and enforcement, fire inspections, and WPCP user charges, along with administrative penalties and charges said hearing conducted at or around 7:00 p.m. on July 20, 2026; and
WHEREAS, at or before the time set for hearing, owners or persons in possession of the property described in the Report of the Finance Director made protests or objections to the proposed assessments.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of San Leandro City Council does RESOLVE as follows:
Except for those identified by the City Council or City Manager at the public hearing, evidenced by the recording and minutes of the meeting, that each of the protests or objections, written or oral, are hereby overruled.
