SCOPE OF SERVICES Amendment No. 1 to Consulting Services Agreement Robert Half International Inc. – File No. 25-447 City of San Leandro
Robert Half International Inc. ("Consultant") will provide temporary staffing for the City of San Leandro ("City") as follows:
Information Technology Positions – $260,000 (Original Agreement: $200,000 + Amendment No. 1: $60,000) Consultant shall provide professional consulting resources to support the City's Information Technology department in the delivery of active application projects, including the Accela permitting system and other enterprise application initiatives. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the original Consulting Services Agreement (File No. 25-447) dated October 6, 2025, as amended herein. The term of this Amendment shall run through June 30, 2027.
City Manager's Office Positions – $50,000 (Unchanged from Original Agreement) Consultant will provide temporary administrative staffing support to the City Manager's Office as directed by the City Manager or designee.
