RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CITY MANAGER’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND JANELLE CAMERON
WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and Janelle Cameron entered into an Employment Agreement on July 1, 2024 for the position of City Manager;
WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a performance evaluation of the City Manager in September 2026 and reviewed the terms and conditions of her employment; WHEREAS, the City of San Leandro and Janelle Cameron agree to amend the Employment Agreement and to revise the term of the agreement to continue through June 30, 2030.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the City Council approves Amendment No. 1 to the Employment Agreement that extends the term of the agreement to continue through June 30, 2030.
