SUBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR SENIOR CENTER ACTIVITIES SERVICES, REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO. 2026-ACSSAAAA-SENR Thank you for your interest and participation in the competitive bidding process with the County of Alameda. Pending successful contract negotiations and approval by the Board of Supervisors, the County is pleased to accept your RFP response to provide the County of Alameda with its requirements as specified in RFP No. 2026-ACSSA-AAA-SENR, Addendum No. 1, 2 & 3, and accompanying Specifications, Terms, and Conditions. This recommendation is planned to go before the Board of Supervisors in November 2026. The amount you will be awarded is dependent on the results of forthcoming contract negotiations. The anticipated contract start date is January 1, 2027.

Vietnamese American Community Center of the East Bay The evaluation and scoring summary sheet and redacted copies of all bids received for this project will be available for review in our office no later than five calendar days before the Board meeting at which this recommendation will be considered. To review these documents, please send a request by emailing [email protected]. A notice of the Board meeting date will be sent to you once contract negotiations are completed.
Upon successful conclusion of negotiations on pricing and contract terms, your organization will be required to sign a Standard Services Agreement, and a purchase order number will be issued to your agency as notice to proceed. The County is unable to pay for goods and services received without a signed contract.
