Public comment may be made live during the meeting in-person or via Zoom. Written comments can be made through the eComment link at https://sanleandro.legistar.com. The eComment link closes at 11:59 pm the Sunday before the meeting, and comments are emailed to City Councilmembers before the City Council meeting. Written public comments are not read out loud at the meeting.
