IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AMEND A NONPROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DILLARD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. FOR DEBRIS CLEAN-UP SERVICES, INCREASING THE TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED AMOUNT FROM $280,000 TO $440,000
WHEREAS, the compensation schedule for specialized debris removal, hauling, and disposal services for public-right-of-way clearing has been presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the existing agreement with Dillard Environmental Services, Inc. for specialized debris removal, hauling, and disposal services; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends the approval of said non-professional services contract amendment.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows:
That the non-professional services agreement amendment with Dillard Environmental Services, Inc. for specialized debris removal, hauling, and disposal services within the City right-of-way at the price listed in the staff report is approved; and
That the City Manager or her designee is authorized to take all actions and execute all documents necessary to effect the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
