• Measurement. that's the trouble with the climate stuff and the diversity stuff - nothing gets measured and it's just spending money to feel good.

Let's state our exact goals and measure our progress.
• Bicycle lanes. if you're going to spend money on climate stuff, spend it on bike lanes. improve access/exercise. reduce pollution/congestion. make the town nicer.
• I worry that the only people who participate in politics/surveys like this are a limited, wealthy sample with free time and strong leanings toward compassion, agreeableness, and participation, and that this will skew your sample of responses away from fiscal responsibility and sensible incremental, measurable improvements.
• If you're going to spend on "compassion"-oriented activities, spend on kids and education. Don't spend on the loudest adult "activists". There's a cohort that are now university trained to grab political power in the name of compassion without actually doing any measurable good. • Thanks for listening.

• Maintain "bikeability" *without* diminishing the travel experience of the other 90% of the population who do not ride bicycles. i.e. Keep roads safe and drivable for BOTH bikes and cars.
• Make sure parking structures are safe for walking pedestrians. In our current parking structures, once you get out of your car, you are forced to walk in the driveways where the cars are. There should be a marked, designated safe place for pedestrians to walk -- away from vehicles.

Provide the populace with designated safe routes out of the City. • You are cluttering up the City streets with impediments to escape as well as ridiculously unsustainable artisanal elements plus bike lanes.

Good luck to those who need to escape the natural disaster via a bike. • This vulnerable City should provide escape plans for all those here, be it during the day for work or those who reside here. Safe street routes out of town should be secured and designated.

• Please eliminate the concrete barriers on Higuera - you call them bike lanes? They are SO confusing and just create a little chaotic situation.

It just takes away from our "precious" parking spaces and creates confusion with what was done.

At present the city ignores the impacts its everyday actions (street paving, bike facility construction, talk of teariing down a police station and building anew instead of fixing and expanding, peermitting massive and unnecessary mature tree removal, etc.) have on climate. The city looks no further than operational carbon, but ignores everything else. You don't know what you're doing!!!

• Older adults and people with disabilities fit into all of the major City goals. However, by being assimilated seniors can become marginalized.

We should target senior's issues to establish policies for assessment, care and case management. It takes a Village.
• Community policing for better community relationships with police officers and community residents.
• Increase ranger visibility and enforcement in the open space reserves.

Too many loose dogs and dangerous bike riders. Too many scofflaws on the trails at night in the Johnson Ranch and Irish Hills areas.
