Recommendation:
Provide a consensus recommendation from the City Council to its appointed Policy Board Director regarding proposed amendments to the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for Central Coast Community Energy related to the number and method of apportionment of seating Board Directors to its Policy and Operations Boards.
