RESOLUTION NO. 2022-8978
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS APPROVING CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO FINALIZE THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE RANCHO CORONADO PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (CIP #PK006) Whereas, construction documents for the Rancho Coronado Park Improvements Project (CIP #PK006, "Project”), have been substantially completed; and Whereas, the Project improvements will include construction of up to two turf fields and a stabilized parking lot at Rancho Coronado Park; and WHEREAS, the City desires to complete the construction of the Project in an expeditious manner; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Marcos as follows:
The foregoing recitals are true and correct;
The construction documents for the Rancho Coronado Park Improvements (CIP#PK006) are hereby approved; The City Engineer is hereby authorized to finalize the construction documents for the Rancho Coronado Park Improvements Project (CIP#PK006) and to solicit bids for construction; PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of San Marcos, California, this 25th day of January 2022, by the following vote:
