RESOLUTION NO. 2022-8986
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS APPROVING THE MID-YEAR ADJUSTMENTS TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Manager has presented to the City Council, a proposed mid-year budget revision for the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budgets for the City of San Marcos; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed mid-year budget revisions, making modifications detailed in Exhibits A and B, as attached; and, WHEREAS, the appropriations as amended will provide the level of services deemed appropriate by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos hereby:
Authorizes amendment of the Fiscal Year 2021-22 approved Budget as denoted in Exhibits A and B; Authorizes the City Manager to make the appropriate adjustments to each departmental budget as outlined herein, and to cite this Resolution as authorization.
