RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AWARDING A FIVE YEAR CONTRACT FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL AND STREETLIGHT MAINTENANCE SERVICES Whereas, proposals were received by the City of San Marcos through the public bid process for traffic signal and streetlight maintenance services; and Whereas, the City finds Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. to be the most qualified and responsive proposer; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Marcos approves the award of a traffic signal and streetlight maintenance services contract to Bear Electrical Solutions, Inc. for a maximum period of five years for a maximum amount of $3,500,000.
