RESOLUTION NO. 2022-8999
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AUTHORIZING AND DELEGATING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE, FINALIZE AND EXECUTE CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH QUARTIC SOLUTIONS LLC FOR PROFESSIONAL GIS SERVICES WHEREAS, the City desires to hire a consultant for Professional GIS Services; and, WHEREAS, in conformance with San Marcos Municipal Code (SMMC) Chapter 2.30, the City advertised a request for proposals seeking qualified firms for Professional GIS Services, and received sole-source proposals; and, WHEREAS, the City staff evaluated the submitted proposal(s) and selected Quartic Solutions LLC as the best qualified firm to provide the consulting services; and, WHEREAS, City staff recommends contract award to Quartic Solutions LLC.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby authorize and delegate authority to the City Manager to negotiate, finalize and execute a Consultant Agreement with Quartic Solutions LLC in an estimated not to exceed amount of $240,000 in accordance with SMMC Chapter 2.30.
