Government Code Section 20516
I hereby certify that in accordance with Government Code section 20516 City of San Marcos and its local Miscellaneous and Safety employees have agreed in writing to the following:
Section 20516 (Employees Sharing Additional Cost) of 1.25% for new local fire members in the San Marcos Professional Firefighters’ Asso ciation and the Unrepresented Fire Safety Management group; and
an additional 1.5% for classic local fire members in the San Marcos Professional Firefighters’ Association and the Unrepresented Fire Safety Management group; and
an additional 1% for loca l miscellaneous members in the San Marcos Classified Miscellaneous Employees Association, San Marcos Supervisors Association and the Unrepresented Miscellaneous Employees group.
