M. Commission Deliberations and Decision – Commissioner Commentary included concerns about transparency, resident requested repairs, and MOVED BY DEPUTY CHAIR JENKINS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MUSGROVE TO ALLOW A 75% CPI RENT INCREASE OF 6.15%.
