CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: JENKINS, MUSGROVE, NUÑEZ, WALTON, JONES ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – There were no requests to speak.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:31 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - pending Litigation [GC section 54956.9(d)(1)]. One pending litigation matter, The Affordable Housing Coalition of San Diego County, a nonprofit corporation vs. Tracy Drager, in her Official Capacity as Auditor and Controller of the County of San Diego, et al., Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Sacramento, Case No. 34-2012-80001158-CU-WM-GDS.
The City Council reconvened at 5:59 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that city council discussed the litigation and parameters regarding Item 1; with no other reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT – Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m. ________________________________
