CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: JENKINS, MUSGROVE, NUÑEZ, WALTON, JONES ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS – There were no requests to speak.
CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 4:33 p.m.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (GC§ 54957): Performance evaluation of the City Manager.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - Potential Litigation [GC section 54956.9(e)(3) and GC SECTION 54956.9(d)(4)]. Two potential litigation matters concerning a claim and a potential cross-claim relating to the Creek District Infrastructure Project and water quality.
The City Council reconvened at 5:31 p.m.
MAYOR JONES announced that no reportable action was taken in closed session for item number 1.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that the City Council provided direction regarding a settlement with no further action taken.
ADJOURNMENT – Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m. ________________________________
