RESOLUTION NO. 2022-9044
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AWARDING AN AS-NEEDED CONTRACT TO SIERRA PACIFIC FENCE, INC. FOR FENCE MAINTENANCE Whereas, two (2) proposals were received for as-needed fence maintenance services for various City-owned facilities; and Whereas, the City finds Sierra Pacific Fence, Inc. to be a qualified and responsive proposer; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Marcos approves the award of an as-needed fence maintenance services contract to Sierra Pacific Fence, Inc. for a maximum period of five (5) years, not to exceed a total amount of $400,000.
