RESOLUTION NO. FD 2022-361
A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN MARCOS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS ADOPTING THE MULTI-YEAR PLAN FOR FIRE MITIGATION FUNDING WHEREAS, the San Marcos Fire Protection District presently participates in the San Diego County Fire Mitigation Fee Program; and WHEREAS, the County Code requires an annual resolution from the Fire Protection District Board adopting the District’s Multi-Year Plan for collected funding.
WHEREAS, in Fiscal Year 1999-2000, the San Marcos Fire Protection District was granted approval to purchase two Type I Engines, one computer, one printer and one copy machine. These expenditures totaled $925,631. The District has been applying its mitigation revenues to reimburse the District for these costs. Of the original purchase costs, $890,776 has been repaid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT CAPITAL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT PLAN FOR THE SAN MARCOS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT BOARD AS IT PERTAINS TO THE USE OF FIRE MITIGATION FEE REVENUE IS AS FOLLOWS:
