RESOLUTION NO. 2022-9072
AWARD A MULTI-YEAR CONTRACT TO GRANICUS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT OF THE CITY’S LEGISLATIVE SOFTWARE AND THE MAINTENANCE, HOSTING AND LICENSING OF THE CITY WEBSITE AND CITY INTRANET RESOURCE PAGES.
Whereas, the City desires to merge all current Granicus subscriptions into one Master Subscription Agreement, and extend services for the City’s legislative software and the maintenance, hosting and licensing of the City website and City intranet resource pages in an amount not to exceed $260,000.
Whereas, the City finds that Granicus meets all cooperative purchasing requirements set forth in the City’s purchasing ordinance; and WHEREAS, the funds for this improvement have been appropriated within approved Fiscal Year 2022-23 General Fund Operating Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos hereby authorizes the award of a multi-year agreement with Granicus for the maintenance and support of the City’s legislative software, website and intranet resource pages, and does hereby delegate to and authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract and related documents.
