RESOLUTION NO. 2022-9065
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AWARDING A MULTI-YEAR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACTI TO INSITE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE, INC.
Whereas, the City desires to contract with a qualified design firm to provide as needed professional landscape architecture services; and Whereas, in conformance with the City’s Purchasing Ordinance Section 2.30.110 Cooperative Purchasing (Piggyback Procurement), Staff seeks to enter into a contract with In-Site Landscape Architecture, Inc. a professional landscape architect design firm; and WHEREAS, staff recommends that City Council approve the award of a multi-year contract for on call landscape architectural services, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, and authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract and related documents with In-Site Landscape Architecture, Inc.; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Council of the City of San Marcos approves the award of a multi-year landscape architecture agreement with In-Site Landscape Architecture, Inc. and does hereby delegate to and authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract and related documents.
