RESOLUTION NO. 2022-9099
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ADOPTING UPDATED PART TIME AND FULL TIME CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION SCHEDULES WHEREAS, due to the minimum wage increase in California for all employers regardless of the number of employees to fifteen dollars and fifty cents ($15.50) per hour with an effective date of January 1, 2023; and WHEREAS, the updated Part Time Classification and Compensation Schedule now reflects these minimum wage requirements, and WHEREAS, the full time Classification and Compensation Schedule now includes updated wages for Full Time Emergency Medical Technicians to comply with the minimum wage requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of San Marcos does hereby adopt the attached Part Time and Full Time Classification and Compensation Schedules.
