CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Approved the minutes of a regular City Council meeting on December 13, 2022.
APPROVAL OF WARRANTS. Approved City Council, Successor Agency, and Fire Protection District warrants dated December 20, 2022.
RESOLUTION NO. SA2023-032 – APPROVING THE 23-24 RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENTS SCHEDULE (ROPS) AND ADMINISTRATION BUDGET AS REQUIRED BY HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 34177. Adopted a resolution approving the Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) and Administration Budget for the required filing period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
FISCAL YEAR 2021-22 ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT (ACFR). Noted and filed the City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 along with the independent auditors’ letter to the City Council regarding audit results.
INFORMATIONAL REPORT: RECEIVE BIENNIAL CLIMATE ACTION PLAN MONITORING REPORT. Received Biennial Climate Action Plan Monitoring Report.
