A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES TO ROBERT HALF INTERNATIONAL, INC.AND DELEGATING AUTHORITY TO THE CITY MANAGER TO FINALIZE AND EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND RELATED DOCUMENTS Whereas, the City desires to contract with a qualified temporary staffing agency to provide as needed temporary staffing personnel of qualified individuals; and Whereas, in accordance with the City’s Purchasing Ordinance Section 2.30.110 Cooperative Purchasing, Staff seeks to enter into a contract with Robert Half International Inc., a professional recruiting and employment company, awarded a cooperative purchasing agreement ID 6943, IN TS06-21 competitively procured by the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) Buy, H-GACBuy, of which the City is a member (No. 14-3951); and WHEREAS, Staff recommends that City Council approve the award of a multi-year contract with Robert Half International, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract and related documents thereof.; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that City Council of the City of San Marcos approves the award of a multi-year temporary staffing agreement with Robert Half International, Inc. and does hereby delegate to and authorize the City Manager to finalize and execute the contract and related documents.
