CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Jones called the City Council Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

CLOSED SESSION
The City Council adjourned to closed session at 5:32 p.m.
CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION [GC 54956.9(d)(4)]. One potential action relating to that certain real property located at 563 Grand Avenue, San Marcos.
The City Council reconvened at 5:41 p.m.
CITY ATTORNEY PEAK announced that City Council discussed the matter and approved a settlement with the subject property. No other reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Jones adjourned the meeting at 5:43 p.m.
